Salon Policies

Effective January 1, 2023

SCHEDULING

All appointments are by advance scheduling online only.  I strongly recommend that you schedule your next appointment prior to leaving the salon.  Availability is subject to change and regular maintenance may be delayed.  There are no guarantees an appointment date or time will be available if you decide to call back to book your appointment.  


Online booking is available through this website.


BOOKING

I do confirm all appointments, changes and cancellations through text messaging.  Therefore, be sure your cell phone information is correct.

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING

The salon does not operate under normal business hours, so I do offer a flexible, non--traditional appointment times.  Once an appointment has been confirmed, and you need to reschedule please call or text (972) 670-5878, 24 hours in advance.


Cancelling an appointment less than 24 hours will result in a $50  cancellation fee.  The cancellation fee must be paid before confirming your next appointment.


BEFORE & AFTER PHOTOS

The salon's focus is the client. Therefore, at each appointment your progress will be documented through photos.  The salon reserves the right to use your before & after photos on social media platforms (including but not limited to Facebook and Instagram) for promotional purposes of the salon only.


EARLY ARRIVAL / LATE ARRIVAL

If you arrive early before your start time, please knock on the door and let the consultant know you have arrived and you are in the waiting area.  If you arrive 15 minutes or more late for your appointment, you can reschedule  or continue with the service within the remaining time allotted. However, the services will not exceed the allotted time scheduled.  


CHILDREN & GUESTS

In the salon, safety is important and space is intimate and limited.  Only the person being serviced will be allowed inside the salon during appointments.  Any accompanying guests must wait in the designated waiting area.  Children cannot be left in the waiting area unsupervised.  Please keep in mind the waiting areas are shared with multiple businesses and seating is limited and reserved for clients.
